I am very interesting Parallax Boe-Bot CMUcam for 50% off @ $69.98
What exactly mean it is working but is "as is" condition?
Thanks
Hello,
The "As is" is because I used it for about a day on my BOE-Bot ~2 years ago and it's been in a box ever since. It seamed to work just fine, but one of the LEDs didn't light up. If you're worried about it, send me a PM and we can work something out (ie if you get it and it doesn't work, you don't pay ). Talk to you later.
Dave
Is it similar to the CMUCAM2? I'm in school and we have to detect color and communicate with a microcontroller or directly with a device that'll need up to 10 commands. The CMUcam2 is perfect but we had problems with ordering, any advice?
Thanks,
Dee
I'm not too familiar with the CMUCAM2 but a link to the camera I have is above and you could compare the data sheets. I know that it uses a CMU camera, but it's been about 2 years since I worked with it. Send me a PM if you're interested in it and good luck with your project!
I was wondering if you still have the cmucam, and if you do, if you are willing to lower the price a little. I am on a budged.
