So, I've heard that the Prop 2 is on a 65nm process, probably TSMC. Recently I've started reading about SiGe semiconductors, and wonder if an SiGe material is an option at that feature size. From what I'm reading, it allows higher speed and lower leakage current than straight silicon/CMOS.
