What Capacitor value is 704, no other markings...?

I took apart a disposable camera that I never had developed and was 10 years old. The flach mechanism has a capacitor with only 704 marked on its side. Any ideas as to what the value and voltage is? It is 1 inch tall and 1/2 inch wide.

Thanks in advance,
Jorge P

If the marking is consistent with that for most caps, it's 0.7 uF (i.e. 70 x 104 pF). Given its dimensions, I'd guess it's rated for a very high voltage. But unless the voltage rating is marked, there's no way to tell for sure what it is.

Thanks Phil, I should also note that it also has a marking for ground and it is an electrolytic cap. Search results from google are not turning up much, it is from a Flash mechanism so I was guessing it was a higher voltage since I got zapped hard when I set off the flash out of the case. The board has "FujiFilm A50" written on it if someone here has ever played with these. I did a search using that marking but came up with http://www.amazon.com/Fujifilm-QuickSnap-Flash-Disposable-Camera/dp/B00012YI9Q which is the exact same camera I took apart.

Be careful of camera flash circuits, lethal DC voltages.
