Question about gadget gangster servo controller

I am using the gadget gangster servo controller with a USB propeller card. It works for me for the first four servo (pin 4-pin 7) but not for the next eight servos (pin 8-pin 15)
The manual only shows how to connect the first four servos. Since I am having trouble with the next eight, I am trying to figure out if I put the headers in the wrong place or set the jumper incorrectly. I am running the servos off an external power supply.
Here is a picture of how I have it set. If you have ever used this board with eight or twelve servos I would be eternally grateful if you could check and see if this is where you put the headers and how you had the jumpers set.
Thank you for your help!

Hi George,
You never said what program you are using. That could be a help.
Good point. I am using ServoV32.spin.
I don't think this is a software problem. The same code drives pin 4-7 successfully, but not 7-15. The same code can be seen working with a different propeller board here http://youtu.be/FEiQ4TqQSZk It works, just not for all pins. I have tried switching servos in case that was the problem.
I have checked Wulfden's site and I do not see a schematic or further instruction. I am kind of wondering if anyone has tried this board, particularly if they have gone past the first bank of four servos? Where did you put the headers and how did you set the jumpers?
Thank you everyone for your help so far.
