I need help with some IR detectors...

I have the Robotics with the Boe-Bot kit and I set up the IR detectors on the bot yesterday. This morning I check and one of them is broken. I switch them around, fiddle with the program, check the debug terminal, but it's broke. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? Thanks!!

Are you talking about Parallax part number 350-00014?

I think you can look on the last page of this for part identification:
http://www.parallax.com/Portals/0/Downloads/docs/books/edu/Roboticsv3_0.pdf

Notice there is also a phototransistor. Make sure you aren't confused about which part you are looking for.
Also, are you sure your component is fried? Sometimes posting a photo of your wiring can help forum members identify simple mistakes.

Ah! Wrong phrase. I meant the infraed LED's but it's okay now I know where to get one. Thanks!
