Basic Stamp2 & Ping Sensor

Can someone please tell if the Basic Stamp 2 can be used to control more than one Ping sensor
or do I have to use the Propeller.

    I depends on what other things the BS2 is doing. If it is trying to run servos, such as on a BOEBOT, it may show some hesitation in the servo motion as it try to run through the PING routines also.

    As Publison said, if all you are doing is reading some Pings, you could probably run a lot of them at a time.

    The Stamps can handle one PING))) at a time. Each PING))) takes about 19ms worst case to process, so that's 50 PING))) measurements per second.
