USB Adapter Fix

Saw this on "another" Forum: some cheap USB serial adapters don't work because they use counterfeit chips and their TX and RX lines output inverted signals. So one guy threw in a 74HC14 inverter after his CP2102 and doggone if it didn't start working. The PicAxe doesn't use the ATN line, so that might need to be inverted as well. If so, there are plenty of spare inverters in that chip. Anyway, I have one or two new but non-working adapters just taking up space so I might give this a whirl when I get a spare minute. FYI.
