Someone may have better Chinese than me, but I see http://www.hochips.com/ have released a new series.
The LS052Ax in DIP40/TQFP44/PLCC44
They've done a 20pin, Dual core/Thread part for a while, which is rather a strange placement, but I guess it was really a trial-chip, for these newer ones
From what I can grasp of the newer one, it seems to now have three parallel capability :
["support independent or associated with the three programs running simultaneously. Implement a program of processing performance is AT89S52 1.97 times, while the implementation of three programs to achieve the processing performance of up to 5.85 times the AT89S52."]
An English data sheet will help, when it is finally released!
Looks like they have an on-chip regulator, for 1.8V core, (1.8V cap Pin) but the 5.5V Cap Pin, is a little harder to understand ?
["in which CAP-1.8V to protect the core logic, CAP -5.5V to protect the IO logic."]
So the chip has 3 x 10uF+ caps, but why is Vcc not the IO pin - perhaps too far (too much impedance) in the lead frame & metal ?
