I have owned the EEC-S0HD334V cap for a while and have some questions. First of all here is some important specs: Voltage 5.5 Capacitance: 330mF Equivalent Series Resistance: 75Ω
With a high ESR and a low maximum voltage is it okay to short this cap without any damage to the cap?
Is it okay to charge this cap at 5.5V without any current limiters?
If I were to short it, should the current, at max, be 5.5V / 75Ω = 73.33mA ?
What is the average life expectancy for a cap like this?
Hard question: I would like to buy a Supercap from Digi-key, my maximum spending for the cap is $10, I'd like the cap to be rated for about 5V or higher, and I want the highest capacitance witch cap is it?
I think it would be:

Thank you for your time.
