Embedding images/youtube videos in forum posts

Would some kind soul enlighten me as to how to insert a youtube video inside the text of a post? Some people are able to do this and instead of the link being text, the first frame of the youtube video comes up in the middle of the post, with a "play" triangle ready to go.

Is there a tag or something that you use to do this?

You just need to click the "Insert Video" icon and paste the YouTube URL
