Allow PST to send and receive files.

There are languages for the Propeller (like PropForth, and My PE-BASIC) that communicate with a PC via serial PST.
With PST there is no way to get programs into or out of the propeller.
A simple "Send file" and "Recv file" option would make it much easier for people to use these languages without having to install some other terminal software.
