I can't say if it's related to me - however it is two fold - a humorous play upon the previous thread: Forget the Big Brain, let's go to the zoo! and, if a small brain gets only 4.9 million dollars think what a big brain will get. With tongue in cheek, I hope you can see mild good humor after this explanation. On a serious note, it shows the awareness and the number of projects for creating machine brains is on the up and up and so is the funding. Even in China, the government is financing large machine brain projects with huge sums of money (see references).
