This is a new take on an old idea:

The robot is radio controlled. While this drive is neat I imagine it's hard to navigate with.

It's a neat idea and with a uC between the steering wheel and the actuators it should be no harder to navigate than the average car. My concern is what kind of traction, fuel consumption, and tire durability you would get.

Very fast! What it lacks in accuracy, it more than makes up for in inefficiency, without compromising any of its shortcomings in fine motion control.
