Searching the OBEX

I don't actually search the OBEX all that much, so I just noticed this.

If I search the OBEX for :

fullduplexserial

several items are displayed, including

FullDuplexSerial_rr004

But if I search the OBEX for:

FullDuplexSerial_rr004

I get

Object List:

No objects are available.

Is this how its supposed to work?
Am I hitting the wrong button or something?

You're not doing anything wrong. The OBEX search function is just seriously broken. You're better off using Google with a site:obex.parallax.com qualifier.

So glad someone brought this up! I had been loosing what little mind I have left... Been using Bingle to search the Obex for awhile now.

The other trick is to list every object using: http://obex.parallax.com/objects/?n=1000 then use your browser's search function.
