I opened this discussion because I'm working on the design of a CNC machine for 3D printing with a strand of ABS (thermosetting polymer) like the famous makerbot.

This machine obviously would be used for printing of the mechanical parts of robots such as couplings, gears, joints ...

If anyone is interested or has any ideas or if onyone is already working, I'm here.
