Control B2 with hp ipaq h4350

So I found my old ipaq in the closet and thought it might be cool to use as a mobile controller. Can I connect this to the basic stamp homework board?

It looks like it supports bluetooth and wireless ethernet, so you can probably figure out a way to get them communicating. I'm not sure what your options will be for developing contol software to run on it, but it's probably worth seeing what you can do for the learning experience.
