XBee configuation for wireless programming of Javelin Stamp

Need to configure an Xbee24 S1 (Remote and Base Node) with adapter board for wireless programming of Javelin Stamp. Upon inspection of the specification, the DIP connectors appear identical. It is the baud rate that varies between the chips. Would this cause an inability for Javelin Stamp ID? Are there XBee configuration files for me to load for this system, Javelin on a BOE?

    It's not a simple task to perform wireless programming - usually the DTR line needs to be toggled (it's been years since I used the Javelin), and there are latency issues involved. I doubt there is a "quick" solution using the XBee direcly. I know there are some wifi options that have been discussed on the boards.
