Hello,

I am in need of a single 13x6cm PCB to be fabricated and was wondering if anyone is interested in giving me some space on their next PCB run.

Thanks,
Anthony

    Layer count? Testing required etc?

I use iteadstudio for prototyping. For 5 of your boards it would be $48 (9.60ea - 15x10cm max size)

If you can sneaky your board into 10x10cm it becomes significantly cheaper - 10 boards for $25. (2.50ea)

Another option is sparkfun's service which is $2.50 per sqin. which would be about $30 per board.

    Thanks red,

That's not bad. Cheapest I found was $75 for 20 boards. A bit expensive when I only need one.
I am after single sided, single layered, no silkscreen.
It's just a board to house some smd leds to backlight a cutout in a case.

European Olimex is a nice opton. Feature limited, but cheap. You can have many single designs on the same board. They panelise-depanelise the boards for you for free.
Holes dimensions are not finshed holes, so beware.
Otherwise consider a toner trasfer method of a friend doing boards at home.
For a single (or double) layer if you stick to 0805 form factor or bigger you can have nice results.
I'm not an expert, but I made a couple of small boards and I must confess it is easy. Key point are the proper paper, proper cleaning, and a little bit of care. On the other hand if you are interested it could be great fun, after all you see your board materialising in your hands..

At the moment I am looking at getting "Olimex" to do it as they are the cheapest.
However if anyone does them from home ( kitchen sink method ;) ) and is interested in doing it for me I have attached an image.

    Please let me know :)

Edit: I would do it myself, but I am out of etchant and live in a small rented apartment at the moment, not exactly conducive of home etching.
