Inventory sucks: Help cheer up our friends at Parallax today.

While we are blissfully enjoying our forum and toys, our friends at Parallax are busy counting.
Inventory sucks: Let's post some humor to cheer them up a little. I'll start.

Unless Ken; requires a "hand written" inventory, that he compares against his "personal" computer print out.
And require that all discrepancies must have a paper trail.
You might have an out.
Luckily, you guys can always find the things I order!
Bershire-Hathaway has certain come a long way since then.

Yeah... working at Microsoft, I know what you mean. I wrote a little sort algorithm to make our inventory easier... left us with just big two piles of 0s and 1s.... lots of 0s and 1s!
The inventory team finished the job and we have 99.956% inventory accuracy. A higher accuracy is only possible if we overcome the tremendous challenges of reporting minor manufacturing fallout (cut tape, dropped 0402s, etc.). Millions of parts were counted yesterday. Excellent work, team!
I am fairly sure that this level of accuracy is not common, but when it is achieved everything works automatically in regards to planning, procurement, delivery dates, etc.
The inventory crew really earned this holiday.

I can't count my socks repeatedly with that kind of accuracy!!
Go Team Parallax!!
