Off line forum and/or Blog editor capabilities?

Howdy,
I'd like to use Windows Live Writer to post in the forums unlikely I know. But how about at least in the Blog. Is that possible?
Perhaps it's a configuration switch that could be enabled? By me? Or the Parallax web master?
Or a suggestion the appropriate Parallax representative could pass up the line to the forum/blog software vendor?
