I write a paper about my research that using microcontroller Propeller and VGA monitor.
Is there some journal or paper about Propeller's experiment? I really need some reference about Video Player using Propeller and VGA monitor as display.

There is no journal or paper that describes how to use the Propeller with a VGA display. There are some programs that demonstrate how to do it. Here is one example. There are others in the Display section of the Propeller Object Exchange. Bill Henning has written some VGA I/O Drivers for his Morpheus board. These use the external SRAM as a bitmap buffer.

There is no video player that I know of. The Propeller has neither the speed nor the memory capacity for a video player. There have been programs that display a series of bitmap pictures, but it's not video so much as a slide show.

There's Application Note AN004 from the Parallax Semiconductor site:

    http://www.parallaxsemiconductor.com/an004

It may have some information that is useful to you.

There was the "deepfry" player. It may not qualify as a "true" video player however, and was NTSC (TV) based instead of VGA.
