Is there a data sheet for Parallax's phototransistor #350-00029 ?

I can't find the data sheet for Parallax's phototransistor #350-00029. I'm interested in its sensitivity and how fast it can detect pulses. For example, can it detect a pulse frequency of about 2000 Hz? The only information I've been able to find is that it is centered at 850 nm.

BTW, I would prefer a phototransistor centered around 890nm that can detect 2000 Hz or better, so if anyone has a quick suggestion, I'd be tickled pink.
