A pick and place machine for under $1k

When I get done with my stint in several months I
want to get some engineering classes under my belt
and then start a small internet business designing and
selling geeky uC projects. I have been pricing equipment
needed for such a venture and believe me a 1k pick and
place would be really great!
I hope it's not just someone's unrealistic dream...at this
price you could have a couple of spares ready in case
your main unit went down...how cool is that.
Now if this guy could only get the equipment you need
to make custom plastic parts down to a few $k
p.s. I'm being sent out to oversee some work here. I may
be away from the net till the end of the first week in Aug. :frown:
I can't get out of it since it is based on a wild idea of mine..so
I am responsible for making it work....yipes
There may be a few limited chances to get on but I'm not certain
as it's all pretty remote. They frown on any personal use of the
comm stuff used in the field. So getting on the forum might not
happen much if at all.
