Which source files are you looking for that are written in C#? I can only think of a few that might be, and they would have been code in JT Cook's directory. Is that what you are looking for? I had written some utilities in C# that might have been in there. If that is what you are looking for, you might check http://code.google.com/p/trodoss-prop If it is not one of those, then maybe someone else authored C# utility code for the C3?
[Edit:] The only other large C#/.NET applications for the Propeller are GEAR and Homespun. Are you possibly looking for one of those? I think only GEAR's source code is available http://sourceforge.net/projects/gear-emu/
