Propeller or Stamp?
Hi, i would like to make initially a serial GPS logger ( running @ 10hz ), later i would like to log accelerometer and gyro inputs. With this unit i will run a screen displaying a odemeter with trip rest button based on info from the incomming GPS.
My Question is will i ideally need the propeller for this project or will the basic stamp have the required power?
If a propeller is required would the gadget gangster usb be my best starting choice as this includes an onboard sd card for storing the logged data.
Thanks

I'll leave it to someone else to comment on a 'best board'. The U3 board is an alternative to the Gangster Gadget board for a USB card.
@ Loopy Byteloose, What is the U3 board? I must have missed that one.
You'll need to add a SD card socket. Here's a link to a project I'm working on which includes adding a uSD socket to the QS board.
It would probably be faster to go the GG route.

I think Loopy was talking about the C3.
Propeller Based Reverse Geo-Cache Birthday Present Project
Paul_H's Google Earth Data logger using KML files. (I posted some tweaks)
Handheld GPS unit that I showed at UPEW 2011. Here it is opened up too.(I still need to post details on it)
I wondered if that might be the case but the U key seemed to be too far from the C on the keyboard for that to be likely.
Thanks
