Man, they sure got that listing wrong. I was particularly interested in the 'Data Bus Width' of '10 bits'. I only see three terminals. Looking at the datasheet shows the part in question is really a "Hall-Effect Cam Sensor" made by Melexis (part no. MLX90217). Looks like a nice little rotary gear tooth sensor, tho.
