I'd contact Parallax sales directly for a question like that.

I am sure that if you were to purchase 250 Stamps they could find some way to accommodate your shipping requests? You should definitely contact the sales department...

If you want to buy 250 Stamps from me, I'll put 'em in any kind of box you tell me to!

I can't be the only guy who stocked up on BS2E's a few years back when they were being blown out for ~$13 in 20+ quantities. I think they were factory seconds, their temperature spec was a few degrees off. So I can't use them outdoors in -35F temperatures here in Los Angeles!

Pity, my supply of 20 is slowly dwindling.

Actually it would only be $9187.50 with the volume discount. :)

Perhaps he's been influenced by Humanoido's exploits.

Getting 250 wouldn't be cheaper then getting 1, I'm pretty sure. If this were the case I'd have ordered 2,000 of them years ago.

I have no idea what a basic stamp is or does but for that price I would be looking at 250 of these https://www.elfaelectronics.com/elfa3~ex_en/elfa/init.do?item=73-872-39&toc=20989 which surely must be capable of doing the same or more.

No. Never seen one never used one. Seems I missed a whole technology cycle there whilst working on a myriad of other devices/platforms. As it's using BASIC I would probably never have considered it anyway. I have not used BASIC since about 1974.

I'm busy enough with the Prop that I have no time to get diverted in finding out. Then there will be the Prop II and ....:)

Well, I can understand never having used one... but to be a forum member here and not even know what it is? :)

Well, yes, there is being aware of the thing and then there is knowing what it actually is or anything about it. I hardly ever check any non-prop related parts of the forums. Oh well.
