$430 for a cheap 12" Robby that shows a MAN inside a robot costume? Are they insane? They insult my avatar and all things good & holy about Robby and Forbidden Planet!

As Doctor Smith says, "Oh, the pain..."

Robby's pants can also move up and down. This astounding, memory-evoking figure comes in a 4-color window box with flap.
This item may ship by itself
Now I have to have something that can ship itself!

    And what's really sad...
"His hood, ear, pants, pistons, antenna, head, and mouth are made of injection plastic and very detailed."

I'm so sorry erco! ...Even I would not stoop to that level of insult...

I understand that the same toy company is now trying to redeem itself by putting out a 12" Wall Street Banker. The new figurine is an expensively dressed man who comes with a solid gold toilet and a bag of other people's money. Pop off its head and you find another figurine standing inside, Edward Teach.

Not cool, not cool at all, You have every right to feel violated erco. This is an outrage.
We should petition the county to take immediate action against these unholy thugs.

No longer should we stand by idle, while important historical shrines and relics are defiled.
Let us unite as one, and defeat this insurgancy of malformed plastics.

    Long live Robby the Robot..

That's just wrong. I guess I can understand that they may have added the guy in there to represent the actor in the movie but I would much rather see just the robot or at least try to simulate what the real robot insides would have looked like.

This is not one I'll be running out to add to my collection.....
