Your phone calls and voicemails are stored in the cloud. Your email is closely tied to all your communication. Much of your personal life, including credit card information and smartgrid utility usage data will be in the cloud.

What needs to happen is folks need to understand how to protect themselves and personal data. Encryption software Truecrypt is freely available and compatible with many cloud systems.
A little knowledge goes a long way.. I wouldn't consider using any online computer without encryption these days, much less a cloud service when it comes to my confidential data.

This is why I will never depend on "the cloud" for my confidential data or become dependent on it for critical software. I only have to look back at what Sony did with their CD's a while back.
as far as encryption ...... i NEVER put data on my Server that is sensitive . No Need . the few Kilobites I own of bank stuff and the like I keep Local on a Ext Medum .
Does it have similar features as the program: "Secure Access"?
