3 Wire serial communication question.

I have a battery voltage monitoring circuits it has 3 wires out for serial communication

CS (chip select)
CLOCK
Data out.

If i use 2 of these one for each one of my batteries can I tie the Clock terminals together or does each circirt need its own clock line?

You can use common clock and data lines, selecting each one with CS.
