Quickstart Chips

In looking at the new Quickstart board, I see two additional chips on it. The graphics are a little two low resolution to make out what they are.

Can someone tell me what the chip to the right of the prop is as well as the one to the lower right of the FTDI chip? I'd look at the schematics... but.... ;-)

Ok... that makes sense. I was looking at the one associated with the touch pads in general. Wasn't sure if it was a touch controller or just a buffer.
