For reference, here is a screenshot of a portion of the colors that can be used with Graphics.spin and Tv.spin.
The color's hex value is displayed above each swatch.

    Actually that is also a handy chart for most of the text drivers as well...

    I found it difficult to get a perfect capture... The yellow on the screen always looks better than the capture...
    Never figured out if was real or a trick of the eye...

    Well, my old tv does not even display most of the colors! My USB capture adapter works much better.
