Making Sumobot circle ring help

I need to make my sumobot circle the ring in a clockwise circle.

Can anyone help me in finding or making a code for it to do this?
This is my first attempt at programming anything so I need all the help I can get.

Both wheels rotate in the same direction only one of the wheels rotates faster than the other. Please read What's a Microcontroller for details and sample code.
