Thinking about buying a Mac

Anything that can run Mac OS X. Possibly someone has a Mac Mini, or MacBook laying around. I need a machine for PZST development. And I always wanted to see how it feels, without spending too much (I may dislike it, I'm too picky 
)
I am not in the mood of buying a Mac immediately, just looking for prices.
There are Mac Minis on ebay for under $300, so that is what I am about.
Or possibly someone could buy it off ebay and forward to Russia. I have found many offers for Mac Mini on ebay under $300, but they only ship to USA.
