For your kind consideration, C3 Music Box v1.0

Plays 16bit Stereo wav files ! (even though C3 only has mono output )
Place your favorite wav songs on C3's uSD Card (8.3 file format on root folder only)
Place corresponding .txt files as description for the song
Select file using arrow keys, press Enter to play, Space bar to stop playing.

MUSICBOX.BIN and MUSICBOX.TXT files also provided if you want to load this program from uSD
using JT Cook's Bootloader.
Sample music description file PROMISES.TXT also provided.

Andre, please help place this in the C3 FTP repository.

Nice job!!! I was waiting for someone to get it working on the C3:) I was just curious as to what WAV converter software you are using? All of the ones I downloaded doesn't have the sample rate go low enough or other problems. Can you actually listen to whole songs?

    Hi Raven,

I use this MP3 to WAV converter software.

    http://mthreedev.com/download.html

It just works! No need to adjust the bit rates.
Of course it can play the whole song, try it out yourself.

Huh, i tried that software and it didn't work on my computer. It always gives a error message when i try to decode a MP3...

    I am glad it works.
How many songs you manage to put on your uSD card?
Can you help improve the Play Visual Indicators, maybe like Equalizer Bars or Rotating Cubes?

I only put a few songs on it so far, but i intend to be using this a lot more in the future. I am working on several interesting programs for my new OS(Including a basic word processor, calculator, games and a few other things) and would you mind if i used some of your program for my own version?

I wont mind, I also copied from others extensively.

Just to let everybody know that if you have a slower 2GB SD card and hear distortions in the music,
the buffSize constant in c3wavplay16stereo.spin needs to be doubled to 200.
This change will be made in the next version.

I tried making the buffer bigger and it did improve the audio quality slightly. Thanks for the tip:)
