    Attach your GIF file to a post and maybe someone on the forum can figure out why it isn't animated.

    I had another thread were someone converted it to a working GIF and I downloaded it. If I click on the file in my folder, it works. When uploaded, it doesn't.

    The avatar file must be 64KB or less. Maybe your file is too large and it only used the first frame.
