Just happened to see an ad for this in the May edition of Servo magazine. This is the first I have heard of this, but I have seen a lot of threads about wireless programming.

If anything, it's a good example of the shifted style of making a piggyback board for a DIP. The piggyback board has the two rows of pins shifted over to one side for the Stamp.
