e-clinic system using FRID

i'm a student that doing my final year project entitled 'e-clinic system using RFID... for my e-clinic system I've use MySQL and PHP... for the hardware part I'm using Parallax RFID Card Reader Serial... since it is serial, I've connect it with MOXA NE-4110s server module....the system flow is like when we tag at the RFID module, then the ID will automatically search into the database and will appear the patient details...now I"ve face a problem to configure the device to integrate to my system.... Could someone help me to solve my problem...
