I've purchased 2 Propellers and have a BS2 program to convert using RCTIME and PWM.
What book is recommended to get started on a limited budget?

Viewport w/Debugger (manual included)
A Hardware Interfacing And Control Protocol: Using RobotBASIC And The Propeller Chip
Propeller Manual
Programming the Propeller with Spin: A Beginner's Guide to Parallel Processing
Programming and Customizing the Multicore Propeller Microcontroller: The Official Guide

Anything to add?

Thank you.

See the two sticky threads at the top for some beginner info. There is lots of free info including tutorials. I just cannot recall the exact locations of it all.

The complete Hydra book can be downloaded for free from Parallax. I would add it because it contains useful chapters about Graphics (TV), which I did not really found elsewhere in such a nice way before.

    Hydra Manual

The Propeller Manual is a free download, so you can't beat that if you're on a budget. The PE Kit manual is free, too. I didn't know the Hydra book was out there, but it's the best resource for graphics.

I'm about 70% through "Programming the Propeller with Spin" I was hoping for something along the lines of Spin for PBasic programmers, but it is not that. Overall it was worth a read. Particularly the motor control sections and his decomposition of problems into cog specific tasks.
