can you help me, how to interfacing sensor accelerometer MMA7260 3-Axis and LISY300 Gyroscope with mikrocontroller??

I see that you are serious ecko tri,

You are asking much for a newbie, quad copters are not easy, and require more then just an accelerometer and gyroscope..

What Microcontroller are You trying to use?

Search for QuadCopter or OctoCopter and see if that helps.
