FPRP is a small, low cost memory module for the Propeller:

Just a bit bigger than an SD card (but much faster!)

It has the same quad-I/O flash chip as Flash Point: SuperQuad
Plus, four SPI SRAM chips on the same bus.

The flash has higher capacity, but is more difficult to write to.
The SRAM can be read or written to with equal ease.

I've shown before how a large, full color, bitmap can be shown directly from flash.
Now, you can do the same thing from SRAM.
Here's a photo of the test rig showing a 29kB photo on TV from SRAM:

Do you also ship to europe (germany) and - if the answer is yes - how much will it cost?

Good question... I know I can ship in the small, flat rate box for $13. But, that's a bit much for this little module...
I'll have to check to see how much it is in an envelope...

But, it just happens that I'm going to be in Berlin in about a week... Maybe we could work something out...

    Thanks guys.

It just occurred to me today that 4-bit graphics (16-color) is a natural fit for Flash Point.

I'm going to try a scrolling map in 4-bit color next...

And, I want to see how good a 8-bit color I can do on PTP and PSB too...

NVRAM sound nice, but those are $10 each and I think I'd need 4...

I'm going for minimum pins and minimum price to get better graphics...

I didn't look at the datasheet, but if the package is the same as the SRAM chips I'm using,
I can sell bare boards and people can solder on whatever chips they want...
