Copyright question on Hydra

I was wondering if the code for the Hydra and Chameleon were now public domain? I would like to use it on a project I may post and I don't want to violate any copy rights.

Last time I checked, all the code was posted on the forums, available for download. (made my hydra CD slightly pointless...) I don't know if they changed that within the last year or so though.

IIUC, the code was released as MIT license.. Open Source!

The contents of that CD look very interesting. Would some kind soul be able to please give me a link to the hydra schematics (assuming they are open source now too?)

I think the schematics are on the hydra CD that you can download from the parallax's website, however I was just on the parallax web site and I saw that the full hydra book is available for download, I know that the schematics in the book
