Overclocking Propeller for USB

I recently checked the forums, and read a thread on overclocking the propeller to support hosting USB Devices, and have been unable to find it again.

Would anyone happen to have a link?

I believe it's hard coded for 96Mhz?

I think that the 96MHz is not done so much for the shear overclocking bit, but I am sure that it helps, but so that the clocking is a direct multiple of the bit rate.
