Question about using other's code in Spinneret contest.

Can my contest entry use already written code?
For example, can I use the code; "Spinneret Web Server DEMO v1.2" by Beau Schwabe
and the W5100 OBJ "Brilldea_W5100_Indirect_Driver_Ver006.spin" by Timothy D. Swieter, P.E.
and the servo OBJ "Servo32v7.spin" by Beau Schwabe?
I would of course modify the Web Server Demo's HTML output entirely and add my servo controls, but use the majority of the remainder of the code would remain the same. I was assuming that was okay at first but could someone please clarify for me?

So reading between the lines, all code is community code then, got it, thank you. Thanks for posting great code guys! It kind of seemed too good to be true at first.
