Advice to Parallax: never, ever let your order processing ability slip!!

This is a reminder to all of us at Parallax, and our customers to always remind us that we should process orders immediately, quickly, and without waste. I would hate for Parallax to slip up in this regard.
I recently placed some on-line orders with a few suppliers for quadcopter parts. It took well over a week for them to ship even though they had stock on hand when I placed the order. This just lengthens the time it takes to get started on certain aspects of a project.
To our customers: if we ever mess up in anyway, please tell us. Expect nothing less than immediate order fulfillment if we have inventory. Always tell us your preferences, too. Shipping immediately is one detail that it's easy to get right, all the time.
Thanks,
Ken Gracey

Customers notice when a product that is in stock is not processed and shipped promptly. On a related note, customers notice when shipments arrive, but there has been no communication from the sender that a product is on the way. As example, for me with UPS, I have dogs that think deliveries are yummy.
My recent Scribbler from ebay survived. The packaging did not.
Without overtly kissing up, I have to say I've always had excellent costumer service from you guys in every regard. Shipping is always prompt. The 3 hour time difference works to my advantage some days!
One thing I have found about shipping from you guys (and this is entirely the delivery method and nothing you could do different) if I place an order on Tuesday it gets' here Monday or Tuesday via UPS. If I request the less expensive USPS - it's here by Friday. Just have to give up tracking.
Keep up the great work!

'Sorry about the DealExtreme lead if you were expecting fast service from them (although I believe I warned that it would take awhile). Just as another heads-up, now you've got an additional wait for Hong Kong Snail Post to get it to our shores. (Sometimes free shipping isn't really free.) Whenever I buy from them, I just place the order and forget about it. Then, when the parcel finally shows up, it's like Christmas -- assuming they sent the right stuff. (Anybody need a wireless PAL TV camera?)
