Help: H48C Three Axis Accelerometer

I'm currently using the demo program for the H48C three axis accelerometer and everything is working fine, however I was wondering if it would be possible to make one change, and if it is possible, how might one go about doing it.

The change I'd like to make would be to have the debug screen reprint the change in voltages on a new line instead of refreshing a single line with updates. Yes, I know this will be a lot of clutter in terms of the debug screen, but I would like to visually see the change in values instead of honing in on the single line being refreshed.
