I'm pretty sure it's "cold, dead hands".

I think it's like multiplication, it does not matter the order.

The premises extant in such a proposal are laughable. I mean, isn't it rather presumptuous to think that earthly treaty protocols would even be comprehensible to extraterrestrials? And that doesn't even begin to address what the expected signatories will hold a pen with to inscribe their assent -- assuming they even have tentacles to do so -- or, for that matter, have any idea what a signature is or what it denotes.

Good point. I stand corrected. (Well I am sitting, but you know what I mean.)

Somewhere out in the far, far reaches of outer space there exists a peaceful, highly-advanced culture that, like the dogs of earth, still leaves its signature by hiking its leg.

We can assume nothing about our "Off World" "Friends"..

When it comes down to what is true and accurate...I believe this documentary is more accurate then most,

Of course this one is also a close second..

What???? I was just putting the finishing touches on my death star complete with a trench that conveniently always has an exhaust port that can be torpedoed ...UGHH!!:)

Seriously though, who would think that aliens would even honor such an agreement or even know how to communicate with us. I think we should worry about finding out if they actually exist, before we start a space treaty...

Aliens have no space weapons. They only come to Earth looking for jobs. The other news reports they all came up from Mexico (apparently where they landed) and are now pouring into California USA for jobs and benefits. Must be tough in space...

Talk about Aliens did you get a look at Carol Rosin picture that hair has to be Alien. Something does not look right.

"Carol Rosin, an acclaimed aerospace consultant and founder of the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space, is the driving force behind the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011. "
