Hiring Help for Project ($100?)

I am looking for a Basic coder to help with a project by writing codes for me. I want to buy the code from the coder and my offer is 100 dollars (negotiable) for the work. I have no knowledge of any programming and I cannot go any further with my project, so I'm looking for help. The details of the project are below:
I'm using the Parallax Say It Module (Item #30080) along with the BASIC Stamp 2 Module and Board of Education (USB) Full Kit (Item #28803).
What I have is a text based adventure game, which is a game that is played by typing in commands by text. The environment of the game and the consequences of typing in different actions are all displayed in text. The game is similar to this: http://www.malinche.net/demos/adventure.html but it is much simpler. It is written in C. It works like this:
1. read description
2. type in command like "walk north"
3. press enter
4. repeat steps 1-3
There are 15 possible commands to type into the game, and I have set up the Say It Module to recognize these 15 commands. I am up to the "Generating Code" step in this manual: http://www.parallax.com/Portals/0/Downloads/docs/prod/comm/30080-SayItModule-v1.1.pdf.
