4SALE OR 4GIFT.
Nobody seems to be interested in this or have the ability to clean it up.
Free to anybody that wants to send me a S.a.s.e package to send back in...
Obviously I can't get this cleaned up. Anybody have the tools and skills to clean this up for yourself?
It is one of these https://littlepcbsolutions.com/uOLED-96-PROP.html
A year or two ago I bought 2 of these. The adhesive between the chip and the screen didn't hold that well.
So I used some silicone lube that dries up and stays sticky yet doesn't crack. We'll I think either it broke down or got moisture again from the air and it oozed down the sides. So after not playing with it for awhile I noticed the screen wouldn't power on. Washed all the gunk off. Worked for a day, today it doesn't want to. So it either needs a good cleaning (I lack the tools or solvents or experience to clean up) or the qfp/qfn(whichever one it is) pins need to be reworked. Either the silicone lube is mushed in between the pins or they were mushed and are now touching.

Anybody offer these kinds of cleaning/reworking? About how much am I looking at? I was looking for more of these last year but either I never had the money when searching around or nobody had the stock.
So if it isn't worth the trouble anybody wanna make me an offer? I literally can't do anything with it.
Also of note these things boolean comparisons fail when using pllx16. Some bug in the chip that somebody told me about. had me pulling my hair out for awhile when I got it. So it isn't the speedy lil tyke ya expect it to be.
They go for 70$, probably less now cause you cannot find replacements, I msged the online store I got it from to see if they have anymore. But anybody feel like cleaning this one up? It really is just..collecting dust. Willing to sell as well.
