ADC using counter module in prop

Good Evening all,

I was browsing through the Prop pdf and noticed that you can use the counter module to implement an ADC. If anyone has done this, or knows of a source describing how to do it, I would appreciate any information you could provide.

You might also check out the Propeller Education Kit thread on using the RCTime method for sampling analog stuff. I just used this myself for a project, and it's pretty straightforward. If you don't need incredibly accurate (or fast) sampling, it's very simple to use.

The RC method's use of the expinential curve can give you logrithmic convertions for free. Great for VU meters etc.
